Cloche d'Or in the marketing phase

The construction of a new Cloche d’Or district in Luxembourg is ongoing, and Ceetrus staff are approaching brands and stores interested in being part of the country’s largest shopping centre.

The emphasis is on a premium experience.

The Ceetrus team managing the project co-ordination is actively preparing for an opening expected in the second year-half of 2018 on three levels with a total volume of 75 000 m2.
The group is focussing on the Auchan hypermarket and the 130 stores, whose products range from mid to top range with a view to attracting 10 to 11 million visitors a year.

All business sectors are expected to have a presence in what will be the largest new retail centre in Luxembourg.

Cloche d’Or will feature 130 stores and will overtake its main competitors, these being the Belle Étoile (enlarged to 102 stores in 2013) and the City Concorde, which is continuing to expand with a view to numbering around a hundred units in 2018.

Restaurant businesses and services (there is expected to be 3 000 m2 of this kind of provision) will be approached to complete the offering as part of a second phase.
