Wilanów Park is a unique modern mixed-use project in Warsaw, offering a unique combination of retail, restaurant, service, leisure, office and hotel spaces, all in the heart of a two-hectare urban park. Wilanów embodies the very concept of the “city in 15 minutes” meeting all the needs of residents just a quarter of an hour from home.

A connected site at the heart of a tourist destination
The Wilanów neighborhood, one of the most popular areas of Warsaw, is rich in historical heritage, with Wilanów Palace, nicknamed the "Polish Versailles", which was the second home of Polish kings and is today one of the most visited tourist attractions in Poland. It is in this historical context that the project, located on a plot of 7.7 ha in Miasteczko Wilanów, finds its place. Close to Warsaw's southern ring road, it offers optimal accessibility and visibility for all modes of transport. The project provides for its integration into the city's cycle path network, with the installation of self-service bicycle stations and cargo bikes. Public transport access will be facilitated by bus lines and the future tram, while electric vehicle charging stations and dedicated carpooling areas will support smart mobility.

A place of relaxation and fun for all
The two-hectare public park will host various sports-related activities such as badminton or frisbee, convivial spaces for organizing picnics, as well as a children's play area, equipped with natural installations such as tree tunnels and tree trunks to climb. It will also include an outdoor fitness area, a dedicated area for dog walkers and cycle paths around the park. Designed to be accessible and inclusive, it will be adapted to the needs of the elderly and people with disabilities.

A refuge for biodiversity that contributes to climate risilience
The park will include a small orchard, with local plant species selected by regional experts. A green roof of approximately 14,000sqm will collect rainwater and provide natural habitats. Thanks to this rainwater retention system, approximately 20 to 25% of the water collected will be reused for the maintenance of green spaces. Natural meadows will enrich biodiversity and nest boxes will also be installed in the wooded area of the park.
The publicly accessible park will make a significant contribution to reducing carbon dioxide emissions, reducing them by 500 kilograms per year. Additionally, the park will produce 370 kilograms of oxygen per year, which will improve the air quality in the area.
The planned installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of approximately 50 kilowatts will enable the use of renewable energy sources to power buildings and infrastructure.
