What is the methodological basis used?
Our contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals is the best way for us to objectify and quantify our positive impact.
While we have an impact on all the SDGs, we have considered 12 SDGs for which we feel we have a direct responsibility and therefore a priority to act. As for SDG 17, it brings us back to our responsibility to unite our stakeholders.

Have a positive impact on terrestrial ecosystemic balances.
Our actions for progress and performance :
- Systematically take into account blue and green areas and their continuity when planning sites.
- Protect species and prevent their extinction.
- Promote nature restoration and develop biodiversity on our sites.
- Raise community awareness of ecology and biosphere issues, notably ecosystemic services.
To ensure sustainable management of water resources in our construction, transformation and throughout their operation.
Our actions to progress and perform:
- To provide each site and project with a sustainable water resources management policy.
- Increase the share of treated and reused water on our sites.
- Equip our sites for water capture and reuse - including nature-based solutions.
- Make drinking water accessible to all on all our sites.
- Raise awareness of the issue of water resources in the community.


Implement the means to combat climate change and its repercussions.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Reduce drastically our carbon and GHG footprint in the construction and operation of our sites.
- Promote carbon sequestration on our land (carbon sinks).
- Raise community awareness of climate change and resilience issues.
Integrate our projects into local strategies for economic dynamism and access to basic services, housing and public spaces to improve quality of life for local residents.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Contribute to improving the quality of life in our neighbourhoods and local areas: air quality, cool islands, noise reduction, safety.
- Contribute to urban resilience by strengthening crisis prevention and management systems.
- Foster positive economic, social and environmental links between urban, peri-urban and rural areas. Participate in the urban renewal of city centres and suburbs. Promote access to housing.
- Involve stakeholders in defining projects.


Our energy responsibility also involves greater efficiency.
Our intentions for progress and performance:
- Reduce energy consumption at our sites.
- Strengthen our energy-saving practices at each of our sites.
- Achieve a 100% share of renewable energies in the energy mix at our sites (photovoltaic/ wind/geothermal, biogas production).
- Promote self-consumption of these energies at our sites.
- Raise community awareness about energy efficiency.
Our sites are designed to help improve the health and well-being of local residents by strengthening the network of health services and promoting sports and wellness activities.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Facilitate access to healthcare services at our sites by integrating medical and paramedical activities into our facilities.
- Contribute to resilience in the event of health crises and incidents.
- Promote sports and well-being activities by allocating dedicated sports areas.
- Raise visitor/employee awareness about health and well-being.


We have the capacity to act to support learning and access to quality education for our employees and stakeholders.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Facilitate access to education, by welcoming training, education organizations on our sites.
- Set up partnerships with schools and associations.
- Promote and develop access to culture and education through retail, recurring initiatives and events.
- Raise community awareness of the challenges of education and professional integration.
In addition to promoting gender equality, we also want to help put an end to all forms of discrimination.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Be exemplary for our team by ensuring women's full and effective participation to management positions at all decision-making levels.
- Choose our tenants and service providers (including Nhood) consciously (equal pay).
- Promote female entrepreneurship on our sites.
- Promote associations / leisure activities / positive actions for women.


Using the economic development of our activities to implement ambitious employment, social protection and environmental policies in our investments and projects and fair remuneration for our employees, subcontractors and partners.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Become a catalyst for local entrepreneurship.
- Be uncompromising about the fundamental rules of labour law and safety for our teams and partners. Ensure transparency and performance of partners (tenants, service providers, etc.) in terms of HR policy.
- Measure our net job creation, help the labour market functioning.
- Raise community awareness about employment, training and economic issues.
Contribute to technical progress and improve regional dynamics through the development of our infrastructures.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Maximize the use of our site area by strengthening diversity and innovation.
- Help to combat territorial enclaves by contributing to the development of urban transport networks and intermodality.
- Connect our sites to transport and communication infrastructures.
- Invest in additional facilities to accommodate green mobility (bicycle garages, etc.).
- Raise community awareness of the ecosystemic development of innovation, technology and infrastructure within planetary limits.


Reduced inequality: thinking « FOR ALL » for our construction and rehabilitation projects.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Build or rehabilitate our sites to make them more accessible (and easier to use) for all people with reduced mobility (disabled, the elderly, pregnant women, etc.).
- Choose tenants/providers whose activities are promoting social goals.
- Promote the implementation of diversity/inclusion policies by our service providers and tenants.
- Raise employee awareness of inclusion issues, but also our visitors with dedicated contents.
Responsible consumption and production: make our sites exemplary projects in terms of purchasing, waste generation and management. Also encourage our tenants and customers to consume more responsibly.
Our actions for progress and performance:
- Manage and enhance our indirect impact through an ambitious responsible purchasing policy.
- Set goals for our teams and Nhood on drastic reductions in waste production.
- Systematize circularity in the activities of our sites (both delivered and under construction). Promote local procurement.
- Raise awareness among visitors/employees through dedicated content on responsible consumption.


For us, this seventeenth objective promotes effective and innovative partnerships with our stakeholders at national, regional and local levels, as well as strategic reflection on our support for local areas.

- Adopt a cooperative approach with local stakeholders.
- Manage and nurture our partnerships with private and institutional players, civil society and associations.
- Mobilize our expertise or financial resources to help improve the economic dynamics of our local areas.
- Strengthen the consistency of sustainable development policies in all the countries in which we operate.
